2024 GMC Acadia Overview
GMC generated a great deal of excited when it announced that the 2024 GMC Acadia would be available early in 2024 and that it would arrive with a complete redesign. The team at Chevrolet GMC of Mount Vernon has been receiving many questions about the new model, and this early review is an opportunity share with you what we know so far. Be mindful that there is still much information that has not been made available and, as it's still a preproduction vehicle, details are subject to change. With that in mind, let’s begin with the four core trim levels: Elevation, Premium, AT4 and Denali. The Elevation is the new well-equipped base trim. The Premium adds many popular amenities and technologies. The AT4 is an off-road-oriented model, and the Denali is a high-end luxury model with many exclusives.

In order to allow for all of that extra interior space in the 2024 GMC Acadia near Columbus, GMC engineers had to make some fundamental changes to the form factor. The wheelbase was expanded by more than 10 inches. The length was increased by about a foot and is now a bit more than 17 feet, and GMC also increased the height by more than 3 inches in order to allow for more headroom. There are already official photos of the redesigned interior, which features a standard 15-inch center infotainment touch screen, a standard 11-inch digital instrument panel and nearly 23 cubic feet of dedicated cargo space, which is more than the Explorer and Grand Highlander.
