The base SLE comes with the model’s standard 1.5L turbocharged engine and is rated at 175 horsepower and 203 lb-ft of torque. A 9-speed automatic transmission handles the transitions on the SLE and every other GMC Terrain. GMC Pro Safety, 17-inch silver-painted aluminum wheels, and a programmable power liftgate are all highlights of the new SLE trim. An SLT trim adds an 8-inch diagonal GMC infotainment system, heated steering wheel, and 19-inch gloss black aluminum wheels with all-season blackwall tires.
The top tier of the trim lineup includes the AT4 and Denali, each elegantly equipped but focused on different types of travel. The AT4 is the off-roader of the bunch and comes with standard skid plates, performance brake linings, and electronic precision shift. Available features on the AT4 include the SkyScape power sunroof, roof rack cross rails, and wheel locks. For ultimate luxury, the Denali trim adds plenty of high-end features to the new 2024 GMC Terrain. Its exterior gets standard 19-inch aluminum painted wheels with an After Midnight finish.
